I have the same pounding in both ears for about a week. the good news is that my condition is a side-effect from a diabetes medication. I stop taking the meds, but the noise in both ears continue for now. Check side-effects of your meds. I'm hoping it goes away and I will not waste my time seeing a doctor because it was caused by the medication.
