Oh and just to talk a little about withdrawal from the subs:

- No appetite
- Cold sweats
- Insomnia
- Restless Legs
- Sometimes what feel like tremors running through your body
- Diarrhea
- Depression
- Severe Anxiety
- One symptom that might be unique to me is extremely cold feet and legs. I mean this is horrible. I mean cold to the point of hurting
- Headache

Ambien helps with the insomnia for me and also has some effect after a good nights sleep that seems to calm my anxiety for a bit. It can be addictive so use with caution.
