I been on 16 mg of subs for two years. I weaned of in aboutba week and a half to about .25mg. Put into w/d same night. Could not sleep or eat for two days still made my self go out and exercise all day thinking tiring my self out would help. I think it did after that I averaged 4-6 hours of sleep a night. Though I did not fall asleep to about 2 or 3 in the morning. Used klonopin and clodine for the first few night only. Now its the morning of day six. Just woke up from eight hours of sleep. Feeling good. I posted this cause most of these post scare the sh*t out of you. If you can do the first three nights yhou can no the rest. Jusr wanted to add my history of drug use multi. Herion w/ds and suboxone and subutex w/ds. I believe it does effect everybody different but its all in all an average. And if u think its going to be bad and long and miserable it will be. I'm on day six with a litttle fatigue and feeling great and going into this mentaly strong.

man, this suboxone withdrawal is way, way worse then the actual opiate withdrawal I had, so many sleepless nights, shaky legs, bad cramps, depression, anxiety, etc. On Day 11 right now and I think i'm getting better....using clonipin helps, but man this has been the worst two weeks to weeks of my life....damn that suboxone! what a money making drug.

Damn straight! I agree. I took Suboxone for two years and it took me three months of withdrawals to get off of it. An it was far worse than the opiate withdrawals and way longer. The easiest way to kick Opiates is with your doctor prescribing opiates for you and supervise you as you slowly taper off over about a month. I had absolutely withdrawals. My Dr. didn't rush me, I went at my own pace.
