Do any of the men on here know of any supplements they can say for sure has improved their erections and/or sex drive?
This could be any combination of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. There are so many scam products out there that claim to
do this it's incredible. If you noticed any difference at all from anything, I'd love to hear your input on it.

I think we are mainly faced with snake oil remedies but there is some indication that L-Arginine may help with nitrogen balance and retention and capillary flow which can aid with erections. I've been taking L-Arginine for years primarily for the nitrogen balance that aids in muscle growth. It doesn't have any bearing on the sex drive because that is something that will come from increased testosterone levels. There are a million products out there that claim to increase testosterone levels but the truth is, if they really work they are a controlled substance. Another approach would be to search for products that help suppress estrogen in men, which would leave higher testosterone to estrogen ratio in the system theoretically the same as increasing testosterone.
Several products claim to bind or block estrogen or reduce it but I don't know of any valid scientific studies that can substantiate the claims. Chrysin is one substance that MAY work in this manner. Gaspari used to have a product called "Novedex" but I believe it has been discontinued. ErgoPharm made one called 6-OXO but I think this one is gone too.
I've seen a bunch of advertising claiming Tibullus Terrestris will boost testosterone but I can't find any valid evidence of that. It will more often increase your blood pressure which is something you probably want to avoid. Yohimbe is another one that I've seen claims about for years to help put the lead in your pencil but I think its also a waste of money. turned on Goat Weed is another supposed erection aid but I never noticed anything different when I tried it.
It basically comes down to the fact that if something really works, it is a prescribed item so more people can dip their hands in the profit pile, just look how many pharmacies have popped up on all the street corners in the last 20 years. We are truly a nation of drug addicts.
