I had a surgery for Macular Traction in Feb2011. Angio for eye was done and white spots were observed.Hence I have been given Amaron50 (3 times daily) and Emsolone on tapering dosage from 40mg to 10 mg i a month's time.After taking for 15days, following problems started   1.  joints pain   2.  Lower abdomin pain 3.increased output of urine  4.WBC incresed to 18000 from 10700  5. sensitivity of teeth increased.  6 more blurred vision  Pain around waist was unbearable.
Now I have stopped all the medicines.Can you suggest any remedy to bring my metabolsm back to normal before taking the steroid.
