I am a 32 years old I have been on effexor 150 mg a day for about a year now and have gained close to 30 lbs i watch what i eat and when i diet hard no a pound comes off i decided a week ago i was fed up so i stopped my effexor i am very emotional at times but i now have my sex life back my husband is thrilled (of course )but my ? is has any one stpped treatment and lost weight and if u did how long did it take ? i just want my self essteem back .
