White discharge from a penis, which STI can cause that?

The white discharge is likely pus.  It is a result of an infection.  What particular infection we can not tell without testing.  It may be bacterial, such as an STD.

You DO need to see your doctor NOW to be tested.  No sex until you are cleared.

Part of the routine physical when I was in the army was "skin it back and milk it down". There would be 20 or 30 of us standing naked in front of a couple medics who had us do that as a VD check. You were supposed to pull your foreskin back and with the other hand squeeze it at the base and slide your fingers forward to squeeze out anything that might be in the urethra. I was never part of a group where anyone was singled out for further testing so I don't know what they were looking for or what it looked like.

I think that I am having the same problem. I see this milky discharge for a couple of days, and I believed at first that this is because I masturbate so much lately. Actually, I believed that this is cum or even a pre cum, I don't know, but now I am sure that this is a white penile discharge and reading about it on the internet, I believed that I am really sick. I don't know should I visit the doctor, is this just a bad hygiene or something else. help me. tnx
