I have had sex a few times, and every month or so i get a discharge or yellow/white liquid which smells really bad. During this my forskin becomes very red and sore. This problem will go away but will always come back. often leaving a few small stains in my boxers. I have never been able to pull my foreskinback and i am wondering whether it is because i am unable to clean my penis propperly, or whether it is somthing more serious? Please help any comments are appreciated Thanks

wait, wait... every month...?and you were not thinking about that it is a right time to visit a urologist, right...? yellowish penis discharge can easily be an indicator of Smegma...you should also know that this is not a diagnosis, and there are no medications for it because it is not a disease, like I already told you. It is actually something that is found on the uncircumcised penis and it causes this type of discharge...What does this mean? Just one thing that you need to contact your urologist and see what are your next steps. What test you should do and you should get proper antibiotics.

It's called Smegma (cockcheese) and it's the dead skin from your penis building up. It's easy to fix, just thoroughly wash your foreskin every day. Circumcised people don't have this problem.
