Hello, I am 27 years old and I have been dealing with all sorts of medications in my life. I guess this is due to my weak health and immune system .But with the use of meds, I am somehow controlling it. Anyway, there are some meds that I am avoiding, such as penicillin and paracetamol, I am allergic to both. So, I would like to know why is penicillin more allergenic than Paracetamol?

Well, as far as I know, those two are structurally and functionally completely different. Penicillin is used for dealing with bacterial infections, while Paracetamol is good for dealing with viral fevers. And also, Paracetamol does not have a “real” allergic reaction; it is more a cross over reaction that has similar symptoms as an allergy.
