Hi, guys. I am planning to begin with yoga lessons very soon; I haven’t set the date yet. I have heard about Yoga Chakra Theory, but I am afraid I don’t know much about it. Could anyone help me with this? What this theory is? I will appreciate all your help.

Hello to you too. Chakra is physic center of consciousness as it is defined. Life force travel through body by pathways called “nadis”. When the nadis cross to one another, there is a chakra. Human energetic system has seven basic chakras. Every chakra represents a body organ and a mental state. Yoga postures can improve energy circulation through opened chakras.
