:-( hi ,24th oct 2006 work injury to my left shoulder,right shoulder,straight up right side of my neck an base of skull,now im at home after having my c5/c6/c6/c7 acdf on the 19th may 2008 , i know it still early but ohhhh ,pain not to bad in front of neck,server deep pain in my left arm is gone,but,pain most excruciating in should gurlders to out shoulder amrs stops at elbow ,up the back of my neck,massive head-aches cant sleep laying down sleep in recliner still drinking all fluids threw straw,pain everyday,i cry lots cant,push ,pull, lift,everything i do involving my shoulders is a task,i cant wash my hair,comb it, lifting a cup of tea is about enough,when do you think they might start looking at my second injury in my shoulders,i have been reading all the stuff on hear an 1 i read made me cry all day,it was me all over,anyway,i hope we all start to better soon ,
