hi i want to know if what is the meaning of my x-ray result the doctors IMPRESSION is BILATERAL UPPER LOBE INFILTRATES CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY OF PTB.

Hi Guest,

It means you need to follow up with your doctor.

It "appears" as though you have tuberculosis (PTB) in the tops of both lungs. This is NOT a definitive diagnosis. You will need additional testing likely including a sputum analysis.

Follow up NOW. It may be serious.
