Hi Akent,

In a nutshell, you need another x-ray from a different angle.

Increased opacity - normally lung tissue appears as clear on the x-ray.  Your's is cloudy in the middle portion of the right upper lobe.

The diaphragm is nomral, the blood vessels to the lungs are normal, the superior mediastinum (upper chest cavity) is normal.  The trachea is straight, as it should be, and the ribs (osseous othroacic cage) appear normal.

The only questionable finding is the "opacity" in the right upper lobe.

Follow up with this.  It could indicate an infection including PTB.
