Good day!can u give me some advice regarding my chest x-ray result...here it is:
A 0.5 cm nodular density at the right upper hemithorax at the level of the 1st rib(anterior segment).
Heart is not enlarged.
Aorta is not dilated.
Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are not unusual.
Visualized osseous structures are intact.
NODULAR DENSITY AT THE RIGHT UPPER HEMITHORAX AT THE LEVEL OF THE 1st RIB
GRANULA VERSUS BONE ISLAND?
MAY DO APICOLORDOTIC VIEW

(there is an extra thoracic nodulo calcific opacity in thr right upper hemithorax calcified axillary lymph node foreign body...)
what is the meaning of that and i can take some medicine...?reply asap thanks..
