This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need two dumbbells and a flat bench. Be careful not to drop dumbbells!
Lie on back so that the top of head is even with the end of the bench. Put feet on the floor. Hold dumbbells in hands, extend arms above shoulders so they are vertical to the floor.
Throughout this exercise elbows should not move and upper arms should stay in vertical position. Bend arms at elbows and slowly lower dumbbel
