This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need a flat bench or a chair, and a dumbbell.

Sit on the end of a flat bench or a chair. Bend over as far as possible. Feet are flat on the floor approximately 15 inches apart. Place dumbbell in right hand. Face your palms in. Draw upper arm to side, while keeping lower arm vertical.
