This exercise is great for your inner thighs and hips adductors. To perform it you will only need an elastic band.

Stand with your back straight. Attach one end of an elastic band to something stationary and the other band to your foot.

Push your leg out and then bring it into your body. After repeating this movement several times, switch legs.

Exhale as you push your leg out and inhale when you bring it into body.
