This exercise is great for legs, especially for inner thighs. To perform it you will need an exercise mat.
Lie on your right side. Right leg is extended with toes pointed forward forming 90 degree angle in right ankle. Place left leg over right leg. With limited motion start making circles with right leg. Make approximately 15 circles, and then start making circles in opposite direction.
Switch sides and repeat the same motion with left leg.
Breathe relax
