What we do is when the patient comes back one week after the surgery, we prescribe the three medications we use to prevent further capsular contracture problem. And we instruct them in massaging the breasts, which I don’t think does very much, but everyone expects it, so we tell the patients to massage the breast for a few months. The only other restriction is no vigorous exercise or workouts for three weeks. We don’t want anyone raising their pulse or blood pressure. That could start a bleeding
