This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. Be careful not to drop dumbbells. To perform it you will need two dumbbells and a flat bench. You can also perform it with one dumbbell only.

Lie on back with head on the bench. Put feet on the floor. Place dumbbells in hands, stretch arms so they are vertical to the floor.

During the exercise upper arms and elbows should not move. Slowly lower the dumbbell across face and then slowly return to starting position. Rep
