This exercise is great for triceps. To perform it you will need a dumbbell, but choose weight according to your physical strength.

Stand up straight with feet approximately 15 inches apart.

Arms are outstretched behind head. Hold a dumbbell at the end with both hands and palms facing up.

Grip the dumbbell around the top plate.

It is very important to keep elbows in the same place during entire movement.

Keep arms close to head.
