This exercise is great for back and hamstrings. To perform it you will need two dumbbells.
Grab dumbbells in hands with palms facing in, and hold them at arm’s length. Take a big step forward and make sure you are in a stable position. Bend slightly forward so your back forms a straight line with your leg.
Raise the dumbbells with elbows close to your sides. Elbows form 90 degree angle at the highest point of the exercise. Body should be stable.
Inhale as you raise the dumbb
