What are the affects of not masterbating at all?

Is this good? Is this bad? I hear ppl here say 3-4 times a week is ok, but what if you dont do it at all? 0 times?

Is this good, bad? what are your views on this.

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with not masterbating, it can actually help you in the long run when you have sex.

But if you get serious urges then dont hold them back.
