I'm a male and I'm recovering for a year and a half of anorexia. I lost over 100lbs now I'm 17 years old and 105lbs. I am 5' 7.5" tall and I do marching band two hours each day except Saturday and Sunday. So I would say I'm moderately active. How many calories do I need to maintain weight?
