Hello, this is Gohan, and I have been wondering, what kind of diet I should have? I am fully confused, eating less is a bad thing since my body takes all the fat it can get, so I logically need to just eat more, but what kind of food? My body type is one of the big ones, I am not skinny naturally, I am more of a warrior type, kinda.. (naturally my strength is highly developed, and yes, it's different than the naturally fat type) I have a potential in my physical possibilities but I don't know how should I eat first, please help. Overweight (which surprisingly I am pretty close to) problems are pretty bad and might cause few problems with my health, that's why I am asking it in here, or some fitness site (which I never found any)
