As the subject line says, I'm 22 years old and I've been experiencing low libido and erectile dysfunction since November 2013. I finally found the courage to go to a urologist to get my hormone levels and testosterone evaluated, and the results came out fine. My urologist found that there was nothing wrong in regards to the tests.

My urologist simply told me to exercise out in the sun more, and that it's all in my head.

Even though I live in a tropical country, my testicles are always cold to the touch. I even notice it when sleeping, that they hang close to the body and are quite cold. Could this be a sign of testicular atrophy? Yes I know that your testicles are supposed to be relatively cooler than your body, but only 2 degrees below body temperature, see Wikipedia: The scrotum regulates the temperature of the testes and maintains it at 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), i.e. two degrees below the body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius (98.6 degrees Fahrenheit)

Now the temperature of my testicles do not feel 2 degrees lower, but ALOT lower. It's very cold, most of the time. Sometimes it goes warm, but it's mostly cold.

In my university days I used MDMA, could this be a long term permanent effect of MDMA use? I read that recreational drugs can cause testicular atrophy.

I also feel as though I get an adverse reaction from ejaculating which puts me off masturbating (like fatigue, and emptiness), but do not get this with sex. I find it very hard to get an erection through masturbating, and through physically using my hands to get an erection. But not with sex, when my penis know's it going to get some it goes straight up haha.
