I am suffering from allergic rhinitis for the past 2-3 years. But for last 2-3 months I am noticing that its became more serious problem for me. I use levocetrazine 2.5mg+montelucast 5.0mg when my sneezing and itching starts.....but now a days all symptoms are coming back 2-3 days back.....and its only get controlled when I take the medicine.....also my eyes creates heavy itching problem during the attack.......

what would be the best way to tackle this for a long term period?

As I know allergic rhinitis can not be cured....at least I can make little longer to coming back.....
