At 13, you're considered too young to be having sex, in most civilised countries. In fact there are penalties for having sex with someone your age, which include prison. (For the male. The law is not intended to criminalize the girl.)
You haven't thought this through, I think. The question sounds like it's from a spur of the moment decision inspired by watching porn. Most porn is very unlike what happens in real life, and tends to create a very false idea of expectation. This is partly the reason there's an R18 limit on viewing it.
My advice would be to not rush into having sex. Masturbate, by all means, if you feel the sexual urge.
