Anyone experience this?

Hey everyone. Just want to know if anyone has been through this.. Im quite embarrassed to go to my doctor. Last month, i got my period a week early, which is strange cus im on the pill.. My period was a lot lighter and a lot shorter than usual. Since then, i havent been well. I had brown, watery discharge right after my period, and it felt like i was constantly wet down there. Then i had an episode where i went to the loo and when i wiped, it was pink/reddish blood! Since then ive had nothing but brown discharge, sometimes streaked with red blood. This happens every single day. Its been 3 weeks of this. Im also pooing (tmi) a lot too! Maybe 3 times a day! My appetite has changed. Im extremelyy bloated and i have so much gas! Im also experiencing indigestion for the first time. I find myself over-emotional these days and Ive cried a lot.. At times i get very shakey too! Sort of like a nervous feeling. I get very sharp abdominal pains and fluttering in my stomach. Im breaking out as well (normally have very good skin). I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it was negative. I also know i dont have an std as ive been with the same man for over 3 years and we are both monogamous. Im just at a loss!! Would love to know what this is.. The brown discharge is just not showing any signs of leaving :( thanks
