Apicolordotic view of the chest confirms patchy densities in the left upper lobe.

The cardiac silhouette is magnificent.Heart and great vessels are normal.Other chest structures are unremarkable.

INFLAMMATORYPROCESS SUGGESTIVE OF KOCH'S INFECTION,LEFT UPPER LOBE...

Can you expalin me about this?

Your chest x-ray indicates an infection - basically tuberculosis.

Ask your doctor to explain the findings and what course of treatment is suggested.

I feel dough about this result because i don't have any reaction in myself,,like cough or any symptoms about tuberculosis

See your doctor.

You may not feel any symptoms and yet you can have TB. It could be something else too.

Suffice to say - there shouldn't be anything "patchy" looking in your lungs.

Hi Guest,

Your doctor needs to discuss this with you. It could indicate tuberculosis. In some cases it may be an "old" scar, meaning you were exposed but now it is not active.

This can't be answered on the internet. Sorry.
