apicolordotic view had history of ptb right upper lobe before.

hi i had ptb right upper lobe when i was 17 years old, now ive taken my ape and my chest xray result is suspicious densities right upper lobe suggested apicolordotic view, but i treat my ptb for 10 months as the doctor suggested, i finish 10 months medication and i haven't feel anything i didnt cough that last for 2 weeks and i didn't feel sick. so whats the meaning of that apicolordotic view? im scared about this and might affect my work.. please reply..
