Me and my gf have had sex three times now.

1st was short as she started to bleed so we stopped.(didnt wnat to get cuaght and i was quite freaked out by the blood)

2nd time was for a good 3 hours no bleeding and was no pain at all.

3rd time it really really hert her and she was almost in tears and she has been bleeeding a little ever since.

this makes no sence to me any advice ?? :-)

you need to be gentle with her, people who are new to sex aren't used to such a big object inside them moving so vigorously!
go at a slow speed, warm her up beforehand, dont just charge in there and rag her until you're finished.

there are other causes for painful sex, but at the moment its likely that its just her body adjusting to having sex.

i do hate to sound crude here, but virgins are quite "tight",
her vaginal muscles are not used to stretching to accomodate a penis, and will loosen with time.

(I assume this was her first time if she was having bleeding? if not please tell me otherwise!)

the hymen breaking is the main cause of bleeding in women new to sex, it might not break first time, but can rupture later on.

however the pain would not be from the hymen. the hymen has harldy any nerves in it.

(well ok not first time, but she IS very new to it! is what I meant)

yes, just be careful and take it slowly.

also lubrication might make things easier, but make sure its water based.
an oil based lubricant will weaken and break a condom!!!
