Bloatting, cramps lower and upper abdomin, late period, hpt

Hi

In the last 2 weeks i have been suffering with bloating, stomach cramps, consipation and i am 1 week late, although its not uncommon for me to have irregular periods. I have taken a home pregancy test and it was negative. I have used Senokot for the constipation but even after this i still have lower abdomin bloating and cramps and now discomfort in my upper abdomin. I feel very full and sicky.
Should i consult my doctor?
