I recently broke up with my girlfriend, so I've kicked the masterbation up a few notches. (2 to 3 times a day). Last week as I came, I felt a pinch behind my testicles, and I noticed after the cum, there was some blood (not mixed). I was worried so I started researching on the net, I don't use lotion, I used a towel and it was kind of rough so I read that it could be from aggressive masterbation. I gave myself a couple day rest and tried again, this time no pinch, but there was still blood afterwards. Now I was really worried, I'm not sure if it's psychological but within the last two days now it feels like there is a slight pressure behind my testicles and my testicles feel tight, or enlarged, they feel ok to the touch though. Also the tip of my penis feels a little irritated, there is no blood in my urine or anything.
Any ideas what this could be? I know you'll say I should see a doc and I will, but I'm just curious if this sounds like the symptoms of anything.
I have no insurance, I don't have a urologist, I'm thinking about just going to Urgent care and see what they have to say.

You don't say exactly where you find the blood...whether it's light and spread over the towel, or if it's seeping from a particular point, or if it's from the semen or in the opening of the penis...

I agree, that if this is continual, a visit to your medical clinic might be in order, but I wouldn't jump to a urologist immediately... because it might not be that serious and not warrant the expense... and insurance normally doesn't cover that unless it's a referral.
If you're using a towel so much that it's abrassing (scraping you raw) I'd say you're being too rough. (I hope you weren't THAT rough on your late GF!))

The blood came out of the penis after the cum, it seemed to me like it was completely seperate, there was no blood in the actual semen at all. The blood was normal/dark blood - like nondiluted, it wasn't spread all over, it was more like a little streak. I urinated right after and there was no blood in the urine.
I'm afraid to masterbate now, so I'm beyond slowing down.
I was nice and respectful to my gf =0p
I guess I'll go to urgent care tomorrow..do they deal with things like this?

I went to the docs today. I haven't gotten the results back from the urinalysis yet, but he put me on Levaquin.

I just want to mention the "guest" before this reply was me, I forgot to sign in.
I have one more day on Levaquin. When I researched the possible side-effects I was terrified to take it, but the side-effects I've experienced have been nothing horrible, I had some aching in my ankles and knees, but that's about it.
So how do I feel now? The pressure is almost gone, but I still feel very slight pressure behind my testicles. I've only masterbated once and there was no blood, no initial pain, but there was some soreness in the testicles for about a half hour after ejaculation. It's been a while so maybe they worked extra hard? I don't know.
The bottom line here is that the symptoms have greatly diminished, but I do still feel a very slight sensation behind the testicles. And I now have a healthy fear of ejaculation, because I'm scared to see blood again.
I'm not really sure what I'll do, I'll finish up the Levaquin and might give it a week or two and see how I feel. It's tricky because things have definitely gotten better, but at the same time are not completely nonexistant.
