I have had what my doctor has called in the past, "hematomaspermia"? This may not be the correct spelling. It is when you abrupt the blood vessels in the reproductive system during a forceful or aggravated sex session. It is commonly referred to as pink sperm. You have like a small amount of blood in the sperm from a blood vessel that broke. He told me not to be alarmed and just cut back on the activity for a while. That was years ago and I have been fine. I had intercourse with my partner the other day and I held back the ejaculation. I could tell because not much happened when I orgasmed. This has been called retrograde in the past and I knew that was when the semen gets dumped into the bladder and goes to waste. Since then I have had some slight pain but did see the pink semen. Lately I did see the same thing and there was a watery red type of semen that resembled the original problem that I had years ago. The only thing different is that, now I feel a tingling or gentle movement feeling in my scrotum and testicles that is kind of like the feeling when you are just getting aroused before sex. The semen is white again. There is no pain or stinging. Just a constant moving. This gets rather annoying and I was curious what is the problem. I stopped the sex for about a week with my partner. She and I have been together and no one else. So, an STD is out of the question. This is probably hormonal or something that I have done to stress or change the production of testosterone or semen. Should I be alarmed or just let it pass. I am a bit worried, can you help me?

I have the "moving feeling in scrotum and testicles and sometimes it's right where the penis connects to my pelvis. But my testicles and tip of penis are very painful so this could be completely different im thinking.
