Weird period, 5 days of Dark Brownish spotting & White Discharge

I am 21 years old and have never had an abnormal period in my life. This month my period was way off, I had a DARK Brownish spotting with MILKY WHITE Discharge prior to the spotting and the day I started spotting, this was 5 days before I was due to get my period. My period became normal on the 6th day of spotting and ended on 8th day since spotting started. I am no longer on my period but continue to have a MILK colored Whit Discharge, and the vaginal canal was swollen prior to spotting and slightly swollen now.

I am on Ortho Tricyclin Lo and have been for just about 2 years. I have had NO odor that was unsual or abnormal, NO pain during urination, No itching and NO burning so I can exclude an infection.

I feel pregnant at times but no nausea yet, when I touch my lower abdomen just above the pelvic bone while standing it feels like I am feeling the top of the uterus, have had negative pregnancy tests in July and October(though it might have been too soon to tell), sexually active using withdraw method and BCP, I am a smoker, and have had a normal pap and neg STD testing and HPV testing. Never had Yeast infection, UTI, Bladder Infection, or any infection involving the external sex Organs or the Urinary tract, or Internel sex organs.

ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
