Ok, I started having very loose bowel movements 4 days ago. I don't FEEL like I have diarrhea (no tummy pain or gas at all). I feel just fine. I've noticed that when I wipe, there is a brownish/reddish discharge that is coming from my rectum.

I'm just over my period, and it's too soon to be ovulating, but I'm also having quite a bit of slimy, clearish/whitish discharge from my vagina as well. The clearish/whitish discharge is not as alarming to me as the reddish/brownish.

Is this something I should see a doctor about? I am in the process of choosing a gynecologist (we just moved), and will be going in for that exam asap. Should I try to get in to my general practitioner sooner?
