I have two different size testicals, small bumps on my penis and a hole that is on the bottom on my penis that goes through a little bit of skin. when ever I pee it does not go through the whole, but I am worried because I think it might get bigger

Different sized testicals is NORMAL.
Some bumps are normal.
The extra hole might be hypospadia. It's a form of a birth defect but it is common and can be corrected if necessary.
See a urologist. They specialize in the male reproductive system. They can identify the bumps and tell you if you do have a hypospadia.
