bumps on side penis......any idea?

i have hair growing from my scrotum with bumps. It's normal

However, I noticed white tiny bumps- like pinhead sized on the side of my penis halfway, but not near the pee area. Also, these tiny dots are symettrical on both sides of the penis and the dots goes over the penis near the pubic area.

additional info:

-dots are flat
-very tiny dots
-never had sex with anyone

any idea???
