i have bumps/rash on my penis head. I had a tight foreskin and then when i eventually stretched it enough to reveal the glans there was loads of bumps. They don't hurt or itch and penis skin seems to come off a little bit when i rub around the bumps. Recently my penis head seems to be secreting a lot more oil as well. I just want to know can i get rid of these bumps. I'm still a virgin so it definitely not a STD.

hi, I have looked at the pictures and read what you have put and its totally normal to have them while going through puberty.
Your foreskin still looks to be rather tight behind the head, is it?

have a read on some stretching exercise techniques on here about how to make the foreskin looser as you should be able to slide it right down the shaft.
Does it return back over the head on its own or do you have to push it back over again?

you really need to continue with the stretching exercises so that your foreskin becomes looser and slides over easily.

I have some still on mine but some also when once I finished puberty and the hormones settled down.
also try keeping your foreskin pulled back to dry the head out and it may also help them go.
