hi, i am a 16 year old boy, and have concerns about my genital area. when i pee, i get an etreme, almost unbareable pain in the fleashy area between my anus and testicals. this oucurs mostly when it is cold. i am not sexualy active. i also have bumps on the under side of my penis and on my testicals. the bumps on my testicals are white. at first i thought they were pimples, i tried Squeezing one and it poped. not all pop, some get irritated and painful. im also experiencing abdominal pain and cramping, it is releaved by a bowel movment (normaly diehrea)it apears to be IBS. i was wondering what the pain in my perineum is, and what the bumps are, and if these problems are realted to the stomach pains?

Hiya

Just reassuring you that all guys have pimples on their testicles and penis, they are hair follicles, with or without hair - without they look even more like pimples - perfectly normal. I don't have an answer to the perineal pain - sounds like a trip to the doc for that. Male genitalia and pelvic stuff can be complex - blood flow to the area can create weird pain sometimes - I get pain in my pelvis after prolonged unrelieved 'turn-on' - like blue balls etc

All the best

Hi, do you have burning sensation while peeing, or it just hurts? You might be having some urinary disorders. Maybe the best thing for you to do is to go and check yourself with your doctor.
About you bumps, they are probably nothing to be considered for. Teenagers at your age usually have them, and they are normal thing.

All the best.

I'll just echo what a lot of other people are saying on this thread. The bumps are fine and normal--they're just part of your skin. Don't try popping them! They show up on occasion but they're not meant to be popped. As for your stomach problems, that sounds like an issue for your doctor. It sounds a lot like you have either a urinary tract infection or IBS, although I'm not a doctor so let her diagnose you instead. Your doctor should have some good treatments for you so you can find a solution to your problems. Keep us posted on your progress!
