I had a bilateral varicocelectomy at the end of August (just over 3 months ago) of this year. Since that time, I feel a burning sensation that runs down my groin & inner thighs down to about my knees every time I ejaculate. The intensity varies, but I have not been able to figure out what cause the pain or the difference in intensity.

The burning feels like acid running down the inside of my thighs. It is consistent on both sides. When the burning is intense, it is intense on both sides. When it is more mild, it is more mild on both sides. The burning sensation usually starts 30 to 60 seconds after ejaculation and lasts for about 1 to 2 minutes.

I went to my urologist (the one who performed the surgery) with this issue. I was told that everything is normal. A sonogram was done to inspect the testes and veins. He also drew blood for a PSA exam. So basically... no guidance.

Prior to my surgery, I have never experienced any pain whatsoever.

I would, obviously, like to know what is causing this pain and how to stop it.
