It is really unfortunate for her to be affected by this condition since it mostly affects the coal mine workers. This really means that she lives in a heavily polluted area. This illness is only a beginning phase of the much bigger problem, Black lung disease. So, I guess it is nothing that alarming for now, but she should really think about moving somewhere else, because that is the easiest and the best thing for her to do.
