Yesterday, while on the metro, I found a pill, and I have no idea what the drug is. The capsule is red on one side, blue on the other, with a thin layer of white in the middle. On one side is the number 5, on the other is the letter G. The pill is a lottle longer than a half an inch long, clearly capsule-shaped. Could anyone tell me what this drug is? My friend Anna doesn't usually think things through, and she popped the pill in her mouth and swallowed. Last night, about four hours after she'd taken it, her heart began to race very fast, pounding in her chest at approx. 115 bpm. She was also very tired, but I don't know if that was the drug or lack of proper sleep. The effects wore off in an hour, and she felt exhausted afterwards. I tried googling the description of the pill with her side effects, and so much came up with no correlations, I've no idea what to do.

Guest,
I would take her to the ER first. You can go to your nearest pharmacy, tell them the description of the pill, dont forget to give them the numbers, shape, capsule and colors on it, and they have a national drug base that should identify exactly what the pill is for.
I work in pharmacy, but I am not currently there I am on leave. It is REALLY bad to just take anything that is not prescribed to you, because you NEVER know what it is. Even so, if someone where to open a capsule and then put another medicine inside it spells trouble.
