Can anyone tell me what this is?

This bump in my eyeball is not painful but looks bad. There's one in both eyes on the side closest to the nose. They've come and gone throughout my life, but this time they are redder than usual and have lasted for about three weeks now.


Here's a link to a picture. You may not be able to tell here, but there is a yellowish/redish bump with the blood vessels extending out from it.
