meaning suspicious density is seen in both upper lung fields obscured by overlying bones, please help me thanks

Hi Prince,

Your doctor needs to do additional tests to determine what the "suspicioius density" is. It could be a shadow on the x-ray but we can't know for sure. Usually they'll start with another x-ray called an "apicolordotic view" that uses a different angle.
