pls help this is my Xray result suspicious densities are seen on both upper lung fields the heart is not enlarge. diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. the thoracic spine is slightly curved to the right. IMPRESSION; mild dextroscoliosos. suspicious densities, both upper lobes. what is it mean plss help....

Hi Marges,

Dextroscoliosis is a curvature of the spine to the left side of the body.

Suspicious densities means that the lung tissue is denser than normal.  It usually appears clear in an x-ray.  Usually this means an infection, PTB or pneumonia, or it could be scarring from a past infection.

You need additional tests.

The scoliosis shouldn't affect your health.

You DO need to find out what is going on with the lungs. You have reason to be concerned. It could be PTB or something else.
