Hi Edneil,

Normal lung tissues are clear.  An infection, scar tissue, or fluid appears more dense.  It can indicate PTB.

The apicolordotic view is an x-ray taken from an angle to better image the tops of the lungs, that's it.  

You might need additional tests, such as a sputum analysis as well.  Get the other x-ray taken care of though.
