Hi I have always had a problem with chewing up pills but i never told anyone about it. So for the past 3 or so years i have been chewing up my 180 mg tablet of allegra everyday. I think i was basically high on the drug for about 2 years but now i am experiencing extreme health problems. Does anyone know of what chewing up pills everyday can do to a persons body and/or mind. I want to know if my health problems are related to this.
