I can’t leave the house whole week because the bad inflammation of the joints I have. I think I hurt myself exercising. I can’t stand the pain. Someone told me that cortisone steroid shots are effective with inflammations. Where I can find them? Did anyone try steroids for arthritis? I need some help here!

I tried cortisone steroid injection. I had bad inflammation of the wrist once. Those steroid shots are very effective I felt relief almost immediately. I am not sure if you can by them without prescription. You should consult pharmacist about this. However, there are other options like lotions and creams I think that have same effect as cortisone steroid shots. Take care.
